  • 200g of lady fingers/trifle sponge
  • 2 x 135g packets of lime jelly
  • 6 ripe and ready kiwis
  • 600ml whipped cream
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 200g white chocolate
  • Optional green food colouring
  • 420ml double cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 4 egg yolks
