- 8 Tatura peaches, chopped, stone removed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 200g softened butter
- ½ bag muesli of your choice (we use Gabby’s in-store muesli)
- ½ cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons cornflour mixed with water into a paste.
