Loaded Twisty Hot Dogs Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 all-beef hot dogs
• One 8-inch wooden or metal skewer
• 2 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced
• Cornichons, drained and sliced lengthwise
• Pepperoncini, stems removed and thinly sliced
• Dijon mustard
• 1 recipe of my Crispy Salty Onions
• 6 hot dog buns
• 1 large sweet onion like a Vidalia or Maui
• Canola or vegetable oil for frying
• ½ cup cornstarch
• Sea salt or seasoned salt, to taste
