- 4 medium granny smith apples, cored and thinly sliced (or another baking apple)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1½ rolled oats
- ½ cups superfine sweet rice flour
- ¾ cups coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons sea salt
- ½ cups melted coconut oil (or unsalted butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
