• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• Juice 1/2 a lime

• 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
• 1/2 lb Chorizo sausage, casings removed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons pepper
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 teaspoons cumin
