Ingredients

• 75g spaghetti
• ½ head broccoli, stalks and florets finely diced
• ½ French shallot, thinly sliced
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 3 rashers streaky bacon, diced
• 100g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
• ¼ cup white wine or water
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 handful baby spinach
• 1 tablespoon basil leaves, to serve
