Peri Peri Chicken (Nando's Copycat) Recipe

• 5 African Bird's Eye Chilies
• 4 large breasts chicken meat
• 1 red bell pepper
• 8 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of oregano
• 2 teaspoons of paprika
• 2 teaspoons of rosemary
• 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup of parsley
• 1/2 lemon
• 2 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
