Brie Stuffed Burger - Schweid & Sons
Typically, you melt your cheese of choice on top of your Burger, but having a cheese stuffed Burger may be your new way to go! We went with Brie, but any cheese will do!
Ingredients
- 4 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Burgers
- 6-8 oz Brie Cheese (cubed)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 slices Cooked Bacon ((optional))
- 2 Martin's Potato Rolls (toasted)
- 1/2 cup Good Quality Mayo
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 ears Grilled Corn
- 1 Peach (diced)
- 4-8 Cherries (pitted & diced)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded & diced)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/3 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
