Ingredients
- 30 ml medium or robust extra virgin olive oil
- 675g (1½ lb) semi-lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 15ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
- 15ml (1 tbsp) chili seasoning
- 75ml (1/3 cup) chili sauce
- 75ml (1/3 cup) ketchup
- 3 pepper halves of various colors, diced
- 60ml (¼ cup) chipotle olive oil
- 60ml (¼ cup) harissa olive oil
- 15ml (1 tbsp) paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 375ml (1 ½ cup) grated Tex-Mex cheese blend
- Commercial paste
