• 1 Red onion finely chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic crushed
• 1 large Carrot finely chopped

• 400 g can Crushed tomatoes with herbs
• 2 tbsp Thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup (250ml) Beef stock
• 400 g Pasta of choice
• Shaved parmesan, small basil leaves, mixed salad leaves to serve
