• 1 Small Red Onion Diced
• 3/4 Pound Mushrooms Sliced
• 1 Package Spinach
• 1 Head Red Leaf Lettuce
• 3/4 Pound Swiss Cheese Grated
• 1 Pound Bacon Fried and chopped
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 Cup Oil
• 2/3 Cup Vinegar
• 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1 Green Onion
• 2 tsp. Salt
