Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 6 slices, Applewood smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
• For the Topping:
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
