Small, crisp pieces of chicken with enough chipotle to be interesting but not so much that the heat hides the chicken underneath.
Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed (about 600 g)
- 120 g chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 15 g corn starch (≈ 2 tbsp)
- 50 g panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
