Ingredients

• 5 lbs. Potatoes - cook, cool, peel, & slice
• 1 cup Onion - chopped
• 1 lbs. Bacon - fried crisp
• 1/4 cup flour
• 3 cups hot water
• 1 cup Vinegar
• 1 cup Sugar
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1/2 dozen Eggs - hard boil, chill, & chop
