Ingredients

• 500 grams chicken strips
• 2 potatoes, cut into thin strips
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• 1 small green pepper, sliced (optional)
• 1 carrot, sliced (optional)
• ½ - ¾ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon summaaq
• 1 stick cinnamon
