• 3 tbsp (45 ml) unsalted butter
• 2 cups (500 ml) sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup (250 ml) chopped onion
• 2 slices bacon, chopped
• 4 tbsp (60 ml) parmesan and herbs (our brands/club house/products/seasonings and blends/signature blends)
• 4 tbsp (60 ml) rice flour
• 5 cups (1.25 liters) milk
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded cheddar
• 4 cups (1 liter) cooked pasta
