Ingredients

• 1 lb Ground beef
• ½ lb Ground pork
• ½ cup fine dry breadcrumbs
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 3 medium white onions
• 1½ Tbsp minced fresh parsley
• 2 large eggs
• 1½ tsp salt
• ¾ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1½ tsp rosemary
• ¾ tsp nutmeg
• 4 tsp flour
• 3 slices bacon
• 5 Tbsp lard or butter
• 1½ carrot
• 1½ cups hot beef broth
• 3 Tbsp sour cream
• 1 Tbsp flour or scorn starch for thickening
