- 1 orange, zested and quartered
- 3 Tbsp The Spice Hunter ground sage
- 3 tsp The Spice Hunter garlic powder
- 3 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic bulb, halved widthwise
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
