Banana Pudding Layer Cake - Dixie Crystals

Ingredients

• 2 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour*
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup vegetable oil, (any type will do including non-virgin olive oil or avocado)
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 2 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups half and half
• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 2-3 fresh bananas, sliced
• 1 (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
• More vanilla wafers to encircle bottom edge of cake
