• 3/4 cup Bread flour
• 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
• 1/3 cup Old-fashioned oats
• 1/4 cup Raw wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons Steel-cut oats
• 1 tablespoon (packed) brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons Baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1 1/4 cups Buttermilk
