Ingredients

• 8 skinless chicken thighs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper, freshly ground
• 1/2 cup margarine, melted
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp dill, dried
• 8 tsp green onion, sliced, tops included
• 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
• 6 oz Swiss cheese, cut in 8 slices
