Greek Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• 200 g pasta
• 150 g mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 40 g pitted Taggiasca (Cailletier) olives, halved
• 1 can of Fish Tales tuna in sunflower oil
• 50 g feta
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• 1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp parsley + extra for garnish
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 sprig mint leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• salt and pepper
