- 1.5 tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 500g Pork Mince, 20% fat
- Maldon Salt, to taste
- 800g Mashed Potato
- 2 Onions, peeled and sliced
- 100ml Cider, or white wine
- 50g Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 Apple, grated
- 1 tbsp Red Currant Jelly
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 300g Mushrooms, sliced
