- 150 g P’Tit Quebec Very Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 36 Ritz Original Crackers
- 5 oz (150 g) shaved roast beef slices, quartered
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) red pepper jelly
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh thyme leaves
