• 1 medium bell-pepper (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp crushed black pepper
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 2 tsp crushed red chilli
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 1 & 1/2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
• fresh bread slices
• eggs
• dry bread crumbs
• oil for frying
