Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 stick Kerrygold Unsalted Butter chopped into 1/2-inch pieces and refrigerated
• 3 tablespoons ice water
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese
• 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
