• 300 grams McCain Sweet Corn
• 1 packet McCain Savoury Rice
• 500 grams beef mince
• Oil
• 3 teaspoons garlic and ginger crushed
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 large red pepper diced
• 1 can red beans rinsed and drained
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 2 - 3 teaspoons chilli flakes
• 1 tablespoon cumin powder
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Chopped dhania
