• 600 grams beef rumps cut into strips
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 large onion sliced
• Fajita Spice Mix
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon chilli
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Ingredients for Guacamole
• 2 avocados
• Juice of 1 lime
• ½ cup diced onions
• 1 small tomato diced
• Half bunch chopped coriander
• 1 teaspoon mince garlic
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper – optional
