Ingredients

• 2 lbs potatoes
• 1/2 lb cubed ham
• 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 cup diced onion
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups whole milk
