Blueberry French Toast Bake - Talley Farms Box

Ingredients

• Breakfast & Brunch
• 1 loaf brioche bread, sliced into triangles
• 8 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 Tbsp coarse sugar for topping (optional)
• Take a loaf of brioche bread and slice into triangles. Line the triangles cut side down into a 9×13” baking dish. Don’t be afraid to pack them in tight!
• In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
