Ingredients

• 1 large egg
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1-1 1/4 cups M&M's
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
