• ¼ c plus 1½ teaspoons water
• 1 ¼ c unbleached all purpose flour
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• 1 ¼ c vegan dark chocolate chips
• 2 ½ c refined coconut oil, melted
• ½ c unsweetened soy milk
• ¼ c sunflower oil
• 3 tbsp soy lecithin powder
