Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast, cut into thin pieces 2 - 3 inches long
  • Coconut Milk
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Sugar
  • Thin Soy Sauce
  • Red Curry Paste
  • Fried Red Onion
  • Extra-Fine Ground Chile powder
  • Roasted Peanut
  • Palm Sugar
  • Tamarind Concentrate mixed w/1 TBSP Water
  • Coriander Seed
  • Cumin Seed
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Fresh Grated Ginger
  • Chicken Breasts, Skinned, boned, and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Fish Sauce
  • Curry Powder
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder (as only a colorant, so very little!)
  • Roasted (unsalted) Peanuts
  • Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • Chopped Onion
  • Red or Massaman Curry paste
  • Lime Juice (to taste)
  • White Vinegar
  • Cucumber, Very Coarsely chopped or sliced
  • Shallots (or any variety of purple onion) Chopped
  • Fresh Thai Chiles
