• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 1 bottle 341 ml beer
• fresh thyme to taste
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 4 slices french bread
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup Vegan Cheese of your choice or old cheddar if you are vegetarian of your choice or old cheddar if you are vegetarian
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
