• 63g good quality butter
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 and ½ cups flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 level teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons red food coloring
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 tub Lancewood plain full/medium fat cream cheese (230-250g) , cold
• 125g good quality butter, room temperature
• 3 cups icing sugar
• ⅛ teaspoon
