Guiso – Miss BeHavin's Haven

Ingredients

• 12 oz Mexican Beer, ice cold
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
• 3 lbs beef bottom end round roast, 1"+ cubes, trimming is optional
• 1 tbsp lard
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped
• 4 cloves fresh garlic, diced or very thinly sliced
• 1 can Hatch Hot Green Chiles and Tomatoes, strained
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp Goya Sofrito, or homemade
• 1 tbsp ground comino
• 1 tbsp Goya Adobo Caliente
• salt
• black pepper
• 1 cup light beef stock (or bouillon), heated to simmer, you may not use it all
• 1 tbsp flour
