- 2 pints strawberries (ripe!)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (Note: this is not overly sweet - if you like SWEET, add more)
- 3 ounces water
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon orange bitters (Fee Brothers, see instruction below)
- *NOTE: use 3 dashes of orange bitters, NOT 1/4 tsp.*
