Chocolate & Maple cream cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup of milk
• 1/3 cup of cooking cream, 35%
• 3/4 cup of maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon of corn starch, diluted in 2 tbsp of water
