Ingredients

• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 100 gram dark chocolate, chopped
• 2 tablespoon dry instant coffee
• 1/4 cup coffee-flavoured liqueur, plus 2 tablespoons extra
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 7 eggs, separated
• 300 millilitre carton thickened cream
• Coffee icing
• 2 cup icing sugar
• 15 gram butter
• 3 teaspoon dry instant coffee
• 2 tablespoon water
