Spring Rolls in Airfryer - Zayka Ka Tadka
Spring Rolls in Airfryer is very easy to make. They are fried in Airfryer with few drops of oil so no guilt of eating oily food.
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat flour - 1& 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon
- Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1/2 cut julienne
- Carrot julienne - 1/2 cup
- Spring onions - 2 cut long strips, separate green from rest
- Onion - 1 small julienne
- Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Corn starch - 2 teaspoon
- Ginger - small piece crushed
- Cloves of garlic - 4 finely chopped
- Green chillies - 1 finely chopped
- French beans - 5 juliens
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Schezwan sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
