Ingredients

• 1.5 Lb Sweet Potatoes (peeled, cut into 2" cubes)
• 2 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
• 1/4 C Milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 12 oz Ground Turkey
• 1/2 Onion (diced)
• 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
• 1 med Zucchini (diced)
• 2 med Carrots (diced)
• 1 Corn
• 1/4 C Water
• 8 oz Tomato Sauce
• 2 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Dried Sage
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
