Ingredients

• 1 cup diced Mayan sweet onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 pinch of red pepper flake
• 1 14-ounce can of cannellini beans
• Dry white wine, a splash or two
• 2 14-ounce cans of diced tomatoes
• 1 cup prepared Better Than Bouillon No Chicken Base
• juice of 1/2 lime
• salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• fresh spinach or parsley for garnish (optional)
