Avocado and Radish Salad - Avocado From Mexico

Ingredients

• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbps vegetable oil
• 1 tbps toasted sesame oil
• 1 tsp kosher sea salt or more to taste
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 bunch radishes washed, stemmed and cut into thin wedges
• 1 bunch radish leaves washed and dried, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 English cucumber halved and sliced
• 2 ripe Avocados From Mexico halved, pitted, meat cut into 1-inch pieces
