Bloody Mary (Difford’s Recipe)

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 ring Yellow bell pepper
• 45 ml Vodka
• 67.5 ml Tomato juice
• 10 ml Amontillado sherry
• 10 ml Lemon juice
• 7.5 ml Sugar syrup (2:1)
• 2 pinch Celery salt
• 3 grind Black pepper
• 8 drop Red hot pepper sauce
• 4 dash Worcestershire sauce
