Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (190 mL) crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) unsalted butter, melted
• FILLING:
• 1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 bar (100 g) Lindt EXCELLENCE Raspberry Dark Chocolate, melted & cooled
• CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) 35% whipping cream
• 1 bar (100 g) Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
• GARNISH (optional)
• Freeze-dried raspberries, fresh raspberries or edible flowers
