• 1/2 cup sake
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon of canned chipotles in adobo
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 cups chicken broth
