Pepperoni Stuffing - Lesters

Ingredients

• 1 large, finely chopped onion
• 1 diced celery stalk
• 1 finely sliced leek
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 200 g (1 stick) of Lesters original pepperoni stick, roughly chopped
• 1 package of commercial stuffing
• 1 cup of chicken broth (add more for desired moisture)
• ½ cup of chopped pistachios and almonds (optional)
• ½ cup of dried cranberries
• Ground pepper, to taste
