- 1 large, finely chopped onion

- 200 g (1 stick) of Lesters original pepperoni stick, roughly chopped
- 1 package of commercial stuffing
- 1 cup of chicken broth (add more for desired moisture)
- ½ cup of chopped pistachios and almonds (optional)
- ½ cup of dried cranberries
- Ground pepper, to taste
