Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cups diced butternut squash
- 1 cup no-salt-added tomato purée
- 2 15 oz. cans no-salt-added cannellini or other white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbs. maple syrup or brown sugar
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
