Renee's Banana Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup mashed banana approximately 2 medium
• 2 cups oatmeal
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 tsp baking powder
